The B1257, to the west take you to Stokesley via Sutton Bank The journey is a very enjoyable trip with the view from the top of Sutton Bank second to none. The A170 takes you onto Pickering, to the east and Malton to the south. The road to the north on the east side of the town, climes onto the moor in a loop back down to Kirkbymoorside.
